Blue Box sources all products directly from the original brand manufacturers, without any intermediaries. This ensures that product authenticity, official pricing, and accurate expiration dates are all guaranteed by Blue Box.

All products come with a valid expiration date, and if a product is nearing its expiry, it will be clearly indicated on its respective page.

If the product is damaged during delivery or has any issues, it can be returned within 7 days of receipt. After inspection and confirmation of the issue, the product will be refunded or replaced. Therefore, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your package to report the issue.
